1st Quarter:

Sept. 8:  Pottery, Birdhouse
Make a sweet, ceramic birdhouse for your feathered friends! Pick a glaze color before you leave and the birdhouses will be ready to go home by the end of the quarter!
Sept. 15:  Brush Lettering
Learn the art of modern calligraphy using brush pens and guided worksheets. Create a special card using layout guides and one-on-one instruction by lettering artist Lauren Beck.
Sept. 22:  Jewelry: Wave Bracelet
A beautiful bracelet that goes beyond just stringing!  The bracelet uses ladder stitch for the base and stringing for the top embellishment.  No prior beading knowledge is required!  Choice of 3 different color groups.
Sept. 29:  Knitting:  The Billie Rose Wrap
Join local fiber artist Melanie Depcinski and make her latest pattern, The Billie Rose Wrap. This project is perfect for beginners and advanced knitters looking for a fun session. Melanie will be available to help new knitters learn the basic stitches and techniques required to complete their project and offer guidance as needed to those who are ready to dive in. Color options will be limited and available first come, first served the day of the event.

2nd Quarter:

Oct. 6:  Pottery: Leaf & Acorn Dishes
Make cute acorn and leaf dish for the fall! Perfect for rings, coins, or just a handmade fall decoration! We’ll glaze them and they’ll be ready for you to take home by the end of the quarter.
Oct. 13:  Wood Welcome Sign
Lettering artist Lauren Beck gives instruction on transferring a welcome message onto a wood sign, painting with a paint pen, and then adding illustrative leaves and florals around it. Great decorative addition for your home!
Oct. 20:  Fall Wreath
Make a gorgeous and unique pallet wreath for the fall season! Crafting artist Blanca Lopez teaches you step by step how to assemble the perfect floral and wooden pallet wreath.
Oct. 27:  Soy Wine Bottle Candle
Make your own 100% soy candle in your favorite hand cut wine bottle. Choose your scent from a variety of essential/fragrance oils. These are definite touchdowns! They burn clean and for approximately 60-65 hours! Bring an empty bottle of your favorite wine to make your candle in. Because of the nature of scoring the bottles, there is a slight chance of breakage, but fear not! We’ll have extras here just in case - we better get drinking, hic! Please be sure to bring a 750ml bottle and not 1.5L!

3rd Quarter:

Nov. 3:  Pottery Wine Cups
Make 2 cute hand-built ceramic wine cups - one for red and one for white, or one for each hand! Decorate to personalize, pick your glaze color and we’ll take care of the rest! Yep, it’s that easy. Cups will be ready to pick up by the end of this quarter.
Nov. 10: Felt Flowers
Lauren Beck will guide you in cutting flower petals and leaves out of wool felt, and using hot glue guns and wire to create a bouquet of two styles of blooms and two leaf stems to create a darling little forever bouquet.
Nov. 17: Fall Leaf Table Runner
Print your own burlap runner, perfect for your Thanksgiving table! We’ll be designing our own leaf stamps, as well as using found object printing. Everyone should bring a variety of leaves to print with. The leaves should be pressed into a book to keep them flat or ironed with wax paper. All other materials will be provided, including burlap.
Nov. 24:  Holiday/Winter Wreath
Make a gorgeous wreath for the winter season! Crafting artist Blanca Lopez teaches you step by step how to assemble the perfect round grapevine wreath filled with wintery florals.

4th Quarter:

Dec. 1: Indie Craft Fair MVP
Did you ever want to go shopping but also drink mimosas, have snacks, get a 5 minute chair massage and also have someone give you money to shop with? Yeah, us too! And that’s what Indie MVP day is all about. Shop our awesome Holiday Art Mart and Indie Craft Fair armed with a $20 gift voucher to buy anything you want, have a drink and snacks in your private VIP area, and get a 5 minute back, neck and shoulder massage. It’s a shopper’s dream!
Dec. 8: Pottery Gingerbread House Tea Light Holder
Create this cute ceramic tea light holder and let it give you that cozy feeling for the rest of the winter!
Dec. 15:  Pysanky Egg
We will learn this ancient art where wax and dyes are used to create Pysanky, beautiful decorated eggs. Most people believe these are “painted eggs.” You’ll quickly learn that no painting is involved. The design is written on the egg with layers of wax.  The egg is then dipped into several dye baths.  The final step will reveal a beautiful colored egg.
Dec. 22:  Cross Stitch
This ain’t your grandma’s cross stitch! Whether this is your very first time doing cross stitch or your hundredth, we’ll make sure there's something in this class for everyone. You’ll have a variety of patterns to choose from, learn the basic techniques, and then we’ll let you loose to talk to your friends and fellow stitchers! Several sassy, modern cross stitch designs for you to choose from.
