* Discover the fun and healing in creative expression; Feel gratitude and appreciation for this beautiful world; *And maybe most importantly . . . Have fun!

Instructor: Hilary Smith, RN, CZT has been studying tai chi and qigong for 30 years and has been teaching these arts for 22. While enjoying the benefits of her work and her personal practice, she always yearned for an expressive visual outlet. She stumbled upon the Zentangle method and quickly embraced the practice. Having both seated and moving meditation practices have helped her feel more complete and whole, and she joyously loves to share them.

Tangling on Black (and other dark colors)
In this three hour class we'll learn the ins and outs of tangling with white pens and shading on dark tiles and continue to add to our repertoire of new tangles.  The drama of tangling on dark is quite exciting, and will easily allow you to make your own cards and tags with flair.  Bring a small (one and a half to two inch square) photograph if you'd like to play with making a tangled frame.  Bring your mini-kit from your basics class and additional supplies will be provided.
