This level 1 yoga class will focus on breathing and buildinghealthy alignment practices in a slow flow style. It is suitable for studentsnewer to yoga or those that would like to slow down and focus on fundamentals. Taking in the art around us, each class willincorporate an art inspired theme into its flow as we practice standing andseated postures as well as preparation postures for back bending and inversions.
This weekly yoga class will meet Tuesdays at 6:00 to 7:15pm. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.
